Join us for our TISD Bond 2024 Parent & Community Meetings starting at 6 p.m. on April 16 @ Tarkington Middle School, April 17 @ Tarkington High School, or April 18 @ Tarkington Elementary School!

We will be holding campus tours April 17-19, as follows:
Tarkington Elementary School - 8:30-10 a.m. & 2-3 p.m.
Tarkington Middle School - 8:30-11:30 a.m. & 2-3 p.m.
Tarkington High School - 8:30-11:30 a.m. & 2-3 p.m.
All visitors must check in at the front office.

In a move set to address crucial renovations and enhance educational facilities, the Tarkington Independent School District (TISD) Board of Trustees has called for a Bond Election for the first time in 21 years.

As the celestial event of the solar eclipse approaches on April 8, TISD is gearing up to provide a unique and educational experience for its students. With safety as a top priority, the district has made arrangements to ensure that students can safely observe the eclipse while learning about this awe-inspiring phenomenon.
